Atlantis Sports Club Braintree is located inside The Sheraton® Braintree Hotel, soon to be the new Hyatt Place, (under renovation) which is scheduled to open the spring 2012. We are still conveniently located at the same location off of routes 128 and 93. .Atlantis will be open during construction.

Our Braintree club features a beautiful indoor mineral pool. Enjoy the natural therapeutic and health benefits of our mineral pool with none of the obnoxious effects usually suffered with manually chlorinated water. Some benefits are elimination of eye irritation, chlorine odor, damaged hair or bathing suits and dry skin. Our pools are heated between 82°- 84° It is home to our water programs that include: aqua-aerobics, cardio splash, and gym-swim classes. Our outdoor pool is open during the summer and includes a large patio where you can "catch some rays".

For those of you interested in weight circuit, or cardiovascular training, we have a number of options for you. Our air-conditioned cardio room comes equipped with "brand new" treadmills, ellipticals, stairmasters and more. The weight room has numerous machines and free weights designed to give you a total body workout.
