N-R-G Cardio Mixx/Pilates 9:00 AM - 10:30 AM

Robin  

 
Start off with an interval mix of step, aerobics, and weights to give you N-R-G to burn and finish with 30 minutes of Pilates to strengthen + balance your core muscles thru a challenging whole body workout. This workout will leave you feeling refreshed and alert.
